Prologue: Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, gets ambushed by a section of the Hand while patrolling and knocked off a roof. He enlists fellow SHIELD agent Rosalyn Diaz to help investigate why there are ninjas running ops in NYC. Episode 1: A mystical talisman from K'un Lun has been stolen by the Hand and concealed in plain sight amongst other treasures and rare artifacts on display for a charity function at Shaw Industries. Danny Rand, aka Iron Fist, has returned to NYC to retrieve the dangerous relic before the Hand can use it for unknown and nefarious purposes. But he is not the only one after the relic - Black Cat (Felicia Hardy) has been hired by an unknown employer to steal it as well. Before they can rock/paper/scissors who gets to take it home, a small contingent of the Hand arrives to stop them. While Iron Fist tussles with the Hand, Black Cat shakes off the two ninjas on her tail and escapes into the night with the mystical relic... much to Iron Fist's chagrin. Episode 2: Danny Rand invited Felicia Hardy to dinner. Unbeknownst to her, the Hand has been tailing her to recover the stolen gem from K'un Lun and before the couple could even order, they attacked. Meanwhile, Clint Barton and Rosalyn Diaz - Agents of SHIELD - had been checking out intel about ninjas in the vicinity the night Shaw Industries was burgled. Both Danny and Felicia "escaped" the restaurant, only to return as their alter-egos: Iron Fist and Black Cat. Black Cat's newest acquaintance, DareDevil, was also drawn to the ruckus and joined in the fight. The general of this particular faction of the Hand - Nobu Yoshioka - appeared to the heroes and warned them that the "Tournament" draws near, but the "Elder Gods" have taken control over it in an attempt to win dominion over this dimension.
