Going through some archives I found some items of interest for the Avengers.
Avengers Jacket: Made of a synthetic material with the appearance of leather, these jackes are now a standard accessory for many Avengers. Despite their simple appearance and casual wear, these jackets hold more than expected.
Body Armor: The material thinner and more supple than kevlar is nearly bullet proof and provedes good protection vs physical attacks and typical protection vs energy attacks.
Tracking Beacon: The red "A" on the shoulder patch of the jackts contains circuitry for an Amazing range beacon that can be tracked from any Avengers base to locate team members.
Temperature Resistance: the material has microcircuitry eave that generates heat or cold, affording the wearer Good rank protection from such temperatrue attacks or climes.
Material Strength: Jackets are made of Excellent strength material.
Availibilty: Jackets can be tailor-made for any member of the Avengers
Communicard: Every Avenger carries a Communicard, an Avengers ID card with microcircuitry that allows:
Communications: Avengers can communicate visually trhough a small screen on their cards. The screen normally shows a photo of the Avenger who carries it. The card beeps like a pager when called. The range for communications is 5,000 miles (Class 1000 range), though signals can be bossted by central communications at Avengers HQ for a range of 1,000,000 miles (Class 5000)
Computer Terminal: A keypad allows numerical code access to any Avengers computers within range.
HQ Access: The cards are magnetically encoded to open all entrances at any Avengers bases.
Resource card: The card also acts as a bank card for access to a special Avengers contigency account.
Material Strength: Cards are constructed of Remarkable strength materials and are fully waterproofed.
Availability: All Active and Reserve members have cards. Inactive Reservists have cards on a limited basis, based on their reliability to the team and their locations.
((could someone sticky this as I will be adding more info as time passes))

Sky Cycle
This was originally designed and constructed for Hawkeye, but has since become standard equipment for the Avengers on solo missions and for single person transportation. It's size makes it perfect for low profile missions since it is more easily hiden than a large Quinjet. Just like the Quinjets, Communicareds are used to operate the skycycles. The carcds are actually used as ignition keys, though there is no voice activation fo the skycycle only manual control. Two skycycles can be transported by a Quinjet if the seats are removed to expand cargo space.
Control: Ex Speed: In Body: Ex Protection: Gd
On-Board Systems include: -Communications: Amazing Ability and Range -Sensors: Amazing Rank, 1 Mile range. -Security: An active Communicard is required to operate this vehicle, acting as an ignition key.
Availability: Skycycles are now built by Stark Industries after they purchased the design from Jorge Latham. They are provided in pairs for the Avengers. There are four skycycles at the New York Base, with parts on hand for repairs.
Air Car Mk I: Designed by the Black Knight in conjunction with the Wakandan design groups, this open-top Air car has a snub-nosed body, and flies by means of five jets. One primary engine is mounted in the rear and four boosters are on external side mountings. At 18 feet long and 12.5 feet wide with side mounted jets, this Air Car has seating for four adult-size humans. This Air Car was designed for inner city and local transport to avoid problems with the use of supersonic QUinjets within New York City. Tha air car is equipped with Amazing Range sensors and communications systems, but it is not furnished with weapon systems.
Control: Rm Speed: Am Body: Ex Protection: Gd
On-Board Systems include: -Communications: Amazing Ability and Range -Sensors: Amazing Rank, 1 Mile range. -Security: An active Communicard is required to operate this vehicle, acting as an ignition key.
Air Car Mk II: This subsequent Air Car design, also by the Black Knight, is more aerodynamically streamlined, its main body measuring 14.9 feet by 8 feet. Three jet assemblies are all rear mounted for more thrust and maneuverability. They are capable of generating the equilivant thrust of a Quinjet for up to 10 minutes at a time, but its open-air construstion makes this hazardous to occupants. The Second generation Air Car has seating for six adult-size humans.
Control: In Speed: Mn Body: Ex Protection: Gd
On-Board Systems include: -Communications: Amazing Ability and Range -Sensors: Amazing Rank, 1 Mile range. -Security: An active Communicard is required to operate this vehicle, acting as an ignition key.

The Avengers Mansion is a three-story townhouse located at 890 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. Built in 1932 by industrialist Howard Stark as his Manhattan residence, the mansion was donated to the Avengers. Soon after their inception by his son Anthony Stark, who as Iron Man, was one of the Avengers' founding members. Over the years the mansion has been extensively remodeled to accommodate the Avengers' special needs. The most significant exterior change occurred about a year after the Avengers moved in when Thor and Iron Man pushed the mansion about 35 feet back from Fifth Avenue in order to give the structure the privacy afforded by a front yard. The belowground sub-structure, part of Howard Stark's original construction, was expanded by the Avengers to encompass the full limits of the block-wide property to a depth of feet. The belowground levels of the mansion contain the top-security headquarters and computer intelligence systems. While the aboveground levels contain living quarters and a main floor in which all public functions of the Avengers are conducted. THIRD FLOORThe top floor of Avengers Mansion had long been the hangar and landing runway for the Avengers' supersonic Quinjet. Employing the principles of a naval aircraft carrier landing deck, the third floor uses a wire (which catches the arresting hook of a quinjet) and a series of pistol-coupled pulleys that gradually decelerate the craft over a 30-foot distance. The third floor also contained computerized navigation aids, radar, and communications. The hangar had storage room for four Quinjet, three on storage dollies, and one in launch position. SECOND FLOOR Private quarters for any Avenger who requests them comprise the entire second floor of the mansion. Unlike the third floor which was completely gutted to make room for the hangar facility, the second floor closely resembled the original floor plan and architecture designed and constructed by Howard Stark. While many members of the Avengers maintain residences outside the mansion, many members over the years have lived at the mansion full-time during their term of active membership. When space was available, a member such as the Wasp, who had a residence elsewhere, could use one of the bedrooms as a Manhattan apartment. At only one time in Avengers history were all eight bedrooms occupied. Usually at least half of the rooms remain vacant. Since the Avengers' inception, there has always been at least one Avenger living full time at the mansion. The following Avengers are the only ones never to have resided at Avengers Mansion: Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, Moondragon, Hellcat, Warbird, Falcon, and Captain Marvel. Anthony Stark's quarters, used infrequently by the Avengers' benefactor and never as his alter ego Iron Man, are still reserved for Stark's exclusive use. GROUNDS AND MAIN FLOOR Avengers Mansion is surrounded on three sides by a twelve-foot high concrete and reinforced steel wall, with a steel fence along Fifth Avenue. The yard, doors, and windows all have numerous surveillance systems to ascertain the identities of all visitors and detainment devices to intercept unauthorized personnel. Visitors seeking entrance to the mansion are screened at the front gate. The garden and patio in the backyard have sufficient foliage to afford Avengers a fair degree of outdoor privacy. The main floor of the mansion contains no materials vital to the Avengers' security or functions and thus is occasionally opened to the public for press conferences and social functions. The Avengers' only dining facilities are on the main floor, as is the private library. The Avengers' butler Edwin Jarvis is the only person quartered on this floor BASEMENTRecreational, training, and medical facilities comprise the first sub-surface level of Avengers Mansion. A fully equipped gymnasium, an Olympic-size pool, sauna and steam bath are available to the membership, as is a game room featuring a billiards table, pinball machines, and video arcade games. The Combat Simulation Room is a heavily reinforced area in which various robotic devices simulating humanoid and mechanical attacks can be engaged for training purposes. The Combat Room is monitored and programmed by the mansion's main computer system. Also on this level are emergency medical facilities, once used by Dr. Donald Blake and Dr. Henry Pym. There is also a cryogenic storage area in which certain individuals (members or adversaries) suffering from degenerative aliments can be placed in suspended animation. SUB-BASEMENT LEVEL ONE Sub-Basement Level One contains the Avengers' high security Assembly Room where all operational meetings are held. The Assembly Room is the most secure place in the entire headquarters complex due to its massive reinforcements and vault like entrance passageway. The first subbasement houses the Avengers' computer system which contains all of their crime / forensic files, operational records, and world security data. The Avengers' computers have limited access to the national security data of the Pentagon's computer system, as well as a direct common database with SHIELD. The mansion's power supply, a thermoelectric generator, along with its attendant back-up systems, are also housed on this floor, as is the Robotics / Electronics Fabrication Area once used by Dr. Henry Pym and Anthony Stark. This area is currently used by Dane Whitman (the Black Knight). SUB-BASEMENT LEVEL TWO Until recently, Sub-Basement Level Two had been primarily used for storage. Howard Stark built it for private weapons testing and storage, and constructed the robot named Arsenal there that would later menace the Avengers. The Avengers have a submarine pen with its own waterway to the East River, but with the adoption of the Quinjets as the major means of transit, the submarine system fell into disuse. In recent months, the submarine pen and waterway has been refurbished to create the UGABS (Underground Airbase Shuffle) system, a secret means of rapid transit to the Hydrobase nine miles off the coast of New York. The shuttle is easily accessible from the assembly Room above, as well as other parts of the Mansion. (continued)

Defenses: the 12-foot-high walls that surround the mansion are made of TANK-PRUF, a material of Monsterous strength. Dozens of intruder detection devices, many of them weight-sensitive, dot the lawn that rings the mansion. These sensors provide a full-body scan of an indruder. Threats automatically activate the defense system and sound an alert at the monitor. Threats are categorized with the following priorities
*Identified enemies of the Avengers (this category inculdes anyone actually in combat with an Avenger or vandalizing Avengers property, wether the threat is previously identified.) *Identified enemies of friendly contacts. *Wanted criminals and fugitives from the law. *Any being posessing superhuman powers, including beings with battlesuits or other high-tech weapons. *Any armed being, including armed robots. *Any energy source, radatiuon source, toxin, gas, corrosive or hazardous chemical of Amazing rank or intensity *Natural disasters
The presence of non-threatening intruders sounds an alert at the monitor but does not activate the defense system.
The defense system response is listed by priorities, from the most serious to least serious. The system starts from the bottom of the list allowing for escalation of response (up to two responses per round). An Avenger on monitor duty can override the priority list, selecting a higher degree of response.
1. Headquaters wide alert, summoning ALL Avengers for immediate action. 2. Automated stun-cannons (Excellent intensity) 3. Pop-up Detention tentacles (Amazing strength) 4. Pop-up canister launcher, detention net in canister (Remarkable strength material) 5. Chemical-neutralizing for fire -extinguishing foam (Remarkable intensity)
The mansion doors are also booby-trapped. Anyone who opens one without having the proper clearance is restrained by six 12-foot-long, steel alloy tentacles of Amazing strength. Anyone who illegally enters the mansion sets off the alarm system which rings all over the mansion.
Interior defenses are not as complex as the outdoor package. It consists of automated stun-cannons (amazing intensity) in all medium and high-security rooms. The Avengers do not use entanglers, nets, gas traps, or other devices that may hinder their ability to deal with a foe directly. Any foe who penetrates a medium or high-security area will confront the Avengers themselves.
Despite these defenses, The Avengers maintain an open-door policy. A visitor can get inside the mansion if he uses only the main entrance and if somebody lets him in. Besides, the Avengers themselves are the Mansions best defense. Most of the other stuff is there to stop the overly curious.
Imprisonment Facilities: The Avengers have a detention facility that uses Incredible strength material physical restraints and Excellent rank inhibitor devices. They can get a cell or other device of Class 1000 material strength by having Tony Stark build something made of True Adamantium. As a general rule, it is inconvenient for the Avengers to imprison someone for an extended period; they will do so only if they have no other choice or if asked to do so by the proper legal authorities.
I wish to thank All the people who helped me gather the information presented here and hope this helps things out with mansion based Roleplay
