Super Speed (Shift-Z): Rush's powers are based on Lightforce Speed. Coined as 'The Rush Spectrum' that can not be charted by normal movement measurements. When focused, Rush can actually create the light-spectrum he moves faster than, causing the area around him to glow, or, be completely void of light. The more he uses his abilities, the faster he will go, soon to surpass the speed of light and go... way, way beyond that if he allows himself to.
The Rush Spectrum Stunts-
Create Cyclones: Shift-X- These tornadoes will inflict Good damage, or Amazing intensity Stun/Slam attacks. Rush must specify which effect he is going for when using this in combat.
Water Running: Shift-X- Rush can move so fast over water, that they barely break the surface tension.
Wall Running: Shift-X- With every 100 feet of approach, Rush may run vertically for 500 feet.
Phasing: Shift-X- By vibrating his molecules along 'The Rush Spectrum', Rush can move through objects of Amazing material strength or less. Can destroy Incredible material by vibrating through it.
Invisibility: Shift-X- Rush can move so fast that he is invisible when using Super Speed within 'The Rush Spctrum' above the Incredible rank.
Shockwave: Amazing- Rush can rapidly create shockwaves through most materials with Amazing intensity.
May reach maximum speed in one round and has no penalties making high speed manuevers or starting or stopping suddenly.
Vibrating Hand: Amazing damage
Light Control: Remarkable
Enhanced Attributes: Amazing resistance to drugs or alcohol, this also gives him Amazing Healing and makes his body resistant to friction, heat and cold at Shift-Z rank. Due to his body being charged with The Rush Spectrum, Wes/Rush can use higher and much faster brain functions, he uses 72% of his overall mental capabilities, however he is not psychic/psionic. This also gives Rush/Wes: Photographic Memory, Higher Logic, Information Storage, Quick Calculation, Problem Solving and basically a fountain of useless information.

Enhanced Metabolism: If Rush/Wes does not replace his body with nutrients and substance for energy, he will begin to weaken. If he uses his Super Speed 20 times without replenishing his body he will become lightheaded. 40 Times= passing out. 60 Times=death by starvation and exhaustion.
When outside of his costume, standing still or asleep, Rush/Wes has the typical human weaknesses minus his resistances listed above.
History (Timeline):
Birth: Born to wealth and fame, Wesley Leonard Fredricks was a typical middle child. As a young boy he idolized his older brother and father
Age 7: Wesley would begin studying under his Sensais, Si Tzu and Si Mao, two of the worlds most renowned martial artists, as his parents got him the best.
Age 11: Wesley would advance to the expectations that were presented to him in his studying and understanding of martial arts.
Age 16: While Wesley was visiting his father at Fredricks Labs, Wesley would try and thwart a scientist gone mad. In turn of saving many lives, Wesley would be exposed to three different projects, thus giving him Super-Speed all around.
Age 17: Si Tzu and Si Mao would both pass away during this year, Si Sun, a very, very gifted doctor computer scientist and Si Tzu's daughter would help Wesley through this time and become not only a great friend... but his key into becoming something great.
Age 18: With his studying of martial arts, and the discipline it gave him, Wesley would learn to control his new powers, and understand the downfalls of them.
Age 20: While fighting crime, Wesley was given the name Rush. However Wesley's older brother, Fredrick Fredricks Jr. tried to set up Rush, but instead Wesley turned it around with the help of The Ravers, a group of hackers who work together via the internet. The world would believe Fredrick Fredricks to be insane and he to be the vigilante known as... Rush.
Age 22: Wesley would travel the world, expanding his powers in each. Si Sun made an startling discovery... that Wesley's powers were constantly increasing and expanding, as it may be that way until his particles... just rush into oblivion.
Age 24: Wesley meets a very intelligent person by the name of Fallon, she to become something of a prophet to Wesley. Then later that year become a very good friend.
Age 25: Wesley becomes known as Rush, now setting forth to try and put right to the world... as -quickly- as he can.
Age 26: Forming the group known as 'The Guardians', where he meets Alison, Wes/Rush does not deem himself as the 'Leader', however tends to be the first to 'step up' to any situation.
Age 30: With the fall of Si Sun, Cobol and Vigz, Wes/Rush walks away from being a Vigilante/Hero.
Age 31: Wes finds himself in a remote town in Nevada, where he meets the siblings of Si Sun. A talented group of scientists that wished to help Wes. There, Wes begins gaining better discipline via martial arts and therapy.
Age 33: Gets tracked down by his family's corporation, Texas Instruments. Using the percentage of his share holdings, Wes funds the Future Forward complex in Nevada to get the answers for his own abilities under the guise of Anti-Matter Research.
Age 38: After extensive testing, it is revealed that Wes actually moves on a whole new Light Spectrum, coined as 'The Rush Spectrum'. Now equipped better with his Speed Stabilizer and some more wisdom, Wes returns to civilization and to his calling.
